Rebuild and Return
Click the button to download our exchange / rebuild and return form. Please fill out, follow the instructions, and include this form inside the box when you ship your brake booster to us.
Before Shipping Your Booster:
- Remove as much brake fluid as possible from your brake booster.
- Wrap your booster in a plastic wrap or envelop to prevent fluid from seeping through the cardboard box.
- If the carrier sees a fluid stain on the outside of the box, they could impound the package. If that happens, it is you, the customer, responsibility to contact the carrier.
Packaging Your Booster for Shipping:
- Make sure booster does not roll around in the box by adding ample shipping material to protect your 65+ year old core.
- Customer is responsible for all core shipping charges back to Harmon Classic Brakes, LLC.
- Make sure you Insure your booster for at least its replacement value $400.00-600.00.
